1. Cancellation & Modification

How to Change or Cancel Your Order:

      • Provide your order number and the modifications you’d like to apply.
      • Your order is eligible to be cancelled or modified.
    • After 2 Hours:
      • Orders are locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled or edited.

    • Personalised Orders: Locked for processing immediately after completion. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
    • Holiday Season: Modification requests may take longer to process, but we strive to make changes promptly.
    • Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing, you agree to all the terms mentioned above.

2. Free Replacement or Refund

No Need to Return Products:

    • You are not required to return the item(s). Keep the original products at your discretion.

Eligibility for Replacement or Refund:

    • Within 30 Days of Order Arrival:
      • Damaged or Defective Items: Products that are damaged, defective, or not functioning properly.
      • Incorrect Items: Items that are not what you ordered or do not match your Order Confirmation email.
      • Lost or Undelivered: If the shipping address was accurate and the item was lost or undelivered.

Your Options:

    • Replace the Item: Choose a replacement for the incorrect or defective product.
    • Get a Refund: Receive a full refund for your purchase.

3. No Refund or Replacement with Small Fee

Non-Eligible Reasons for Refund or Replacement:

    • After 30 Days: Requests made after 30 days of product delivery.
    • Personal Reasons: Change of mind or no longer wanting the item.
    • Improper Use: Product damaged due to incorrect usage.

Replacement with a Small Fee:

    • Customization Errors: Wrong item/design/size due to incorrect customization input.
    • Incorrect Address: Shipping address was incorrect, resulting in the package being returned and destroyed.

4. Damages and Issues

Upon Receipt:

    • Inspect your order immediately.
    • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@happygiftshop.ie right away so we can resolve the issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain Items Cannot Be Returned:

    • Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, or plants.
    • Custom Products: Special orders or personalised items.
    • Personal Care Goods: Beauty products.
    • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
    • Sale Items and Gift Cards: These are final sale and cannot be returned.

6. Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:

Different Product or Size:

    • Return the original item using our free return service and place a new order for the desired item.

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For Orders Shipped to the EU:

    • You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without needing to provide justification.
    • The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

8. Refunds
